你这个要去医院做手术了，应该是那次受伤后有点发炎，开口那边有点挛缩了，不做手术的话之后也不会在变大了，包皮扒不开影响还是满大的，不只是卫生的问题，做爱的时候要是动作太大还有可能会受伤。
