[建议]关于建立技术交流的分区

我个人现在碰上了电脑重新安装系统以后无法播放下载电影的情况，一般来说论坛上总会有一些关于播放AVI等格式的技术讨论，但是现在没有。希望能给予考虑，谢谢！
另外求教高人，我的media play10  在重新安装系统以前是可以看片的，现在重新安装以后就出现了编码器下载错误这样的问题，就没有办法看了，甚至连下片的动力都没有了，以前也一直为这问题头痛，不知道论坛里有没有高人能给我指教一下，怎么样一劳永逸把这问题解决掉，在下万分感激！！
