如果勃起的时候系带没有那种牵引导致的紧绷、撕裂感的话，不建议做系带延长手术。
本身这个手术对于延长阴茎之类的是没有影响的，主要是为了解决系带过段导致勃起的时候将龟头拉伸向下，同时勃起、啪啪的时候会容易撕裂等问题的，这时候去做这个手术的话是有好处的，第一啪啪的时候就不会疼痛、撕裂，第二勃起的时候龟头不会被拉伸、下弯，目视效果会觉得变长了。如果有这两个问题的话可以去做这个手术，不然的话就没必要了。
最后，咨询或者做手术一定要去三甲医院！去三甲医院！去三甲医院！重要的事情说三遍。
