保养的经典药方，全面细致。就像词典，每到一个阶段就去查查。保存了，以后随时备用。楼主辛苦了！

11年前的老帖被我看到了，看完后思绪万千，感慨颇多。感觉自己的一生好像已经走向了夕阳。觉得自己还没有学会生活，已经进入了而立之年。从一个懵懂的孩子，成长成为家里的顶梁柱，再到慢慢老去，真的不敢想。善待自己，善待家人！心情有点沉重。。。
