[心情随笔] 漫漫减肥路,痛并快乐着...

减肥其实没那么复杂,只要控制饮食加运动,我5月减肥开始,从165斤减到135,中间还刨去出差的时间,首先戒掉一切奶茶碳酸饮料蛋糕之类的食物,日常以清淡蔬菜和牛肉鸡肉鱼虾等为主,保持八分饱,要记住不挨饿是减不了肥的,运动可以去b站找一些up主发的视频,挑一个合适的坚持做,没那么困难的

每天吃的差不多,每次习惯一种运动方式就换一换,一周调教一下心情,坚持下去老哥很快就会瘦的
