龟头上有黑色素形成怎么办？

【咨询人性别】   ：男
【咨询人年龄】   ：32
【咨询人病因及症狀】：有小指甲大小的黑色素形成在龟头上，不是包皮！很多年了。不知怎么医治！网友有什么好办法或者经验吗？现在跟女友做爱都不怎么敢开灯！黑乎乎的做！超没自信~
